Gold and enamel knight's star (single class, 48 mm), with eight dappled points; two-part centers depicting, on a burnished background, the archangel Saint Michael overcoming the devil; chased acanthus leaf setting and fluted ring. Black silk sautoir ribbon joined to the fluted ring by an intermediate oval ring. Louis XVI or Restoration period. Absolutely superb (tiny lack of enamel on one of the dragon's paws).

Reverse center with eagle on thunderbolt surrounded by lightning bolts with gray background circled with pearls, three stars in exergue (type close to reverse 3, p. 138 of the Insigne de l'Honneur (I. H.). Good puffed ribbon. Slight loss of green and blue enamel, otherwise superb.

Two-part center (obverse: large head of the Emperor on a radiant background; reverse: eagle to the left on a grey background). Small mobile crown with eagles instead of palmettes and fluted ring with two hallmarks, one of which features a rooster's head on the left (small guarantee). One branch point and centers reattached. Later bouffette ribbon. VERY GOOD CONDITION.

The eagle under the crown is replaced by a fleur-de-lys and the two centers are changed: on the obverse, a fleur-de-lys in the center of a legend on a blue background "FERD.BORBO.UTRIU. SICI. REX. P. MA". On the reverse, a horse running to the right in the center of a legend on a blue background "FELICI. RESTITIU. X KAL JUN MDCCCXV". Fluted ring. No ribbon. Absolutely superb.

La vente se fera expressément au comptant.
Aucune réclamation ne sera recevable dès l’adjudication prononcée, les expositions successives permettant aux acquéreurs de constater l’état des objets présentés.
L’adjudicataire sera le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur et aura pour obligation de remettre ses nom et adresse. En cas de contestation au moment des adjudications, c’est-à-dire s’il est établi que deux ou plusieurs enchérisseurs ont simultanément porté une enchère équivalente, soit à haute voix, soit par signe, et réclament en même temps cet objet après le prononcé du mot « adjugé », ledit objet sera immédiatement remis en adjudication au prix proposé par les enchérisseurs et tout le public sera admis à enchérir à nouveau.
Les éventuelles modifications aux conditions de vente ou aux descriptions du catalogue seront annoncées verbalement pendant la vente et notées sur le procès-verbal.
Catalogue : 20 € dont TVA à 5,5 % au titre du droit d’auteur. Les images sont propriété exclusive d’ADER.

Frais de vente et paiement :
L’adjudicataire devra acquitter, en sus du montant de l’enchère, par lot, les frais et taxes suivants :
- 28 % TTC (20 % de TVA) sauf pour le vin et les livres 25 % TTC (5,5 % de TVA sur les livres).
- 1,8 % TTC (20 % de TVA) du prix d’adjudication pour des enchères via Drouot Live ; 3,60 % TTC (20 % de TVA) du prix d’adjudication pour les enchères via Interenchères ; 3 % TTC (20 % de TVA) du prix d’adjudication pour les enchères via Invaluable.
- 5,5 % de frais additionnels au titre de la taxe à l’importation temporaire, pour les lots dont le numéro est précédé d’un astérisque (*).
Dans certains cas, ces frais pourront faire l’objet d’un remboursement à l’acheteur.
Le paiement devra être effectué immédiatement après la vente :
- en espèces (euros) jusqu’à 1 000 € pour les ressortissants français ou jusqu’à 15 000 € pour les ressortissants étrangers (sur présentation d’un justificatif de domicile, avis d’imposition, etc. ; en plus du passeport).

Un enchérisseur ne pouvant assister à la vente devra remplir le formulaire d’ordre d’achat inclus dans ce catalogue et le signer.
ADER agira pour le compte de l’enchérisseur, selon les instructions contenues dans le formulaire d’ordre d’achat, ceci afin d’essayer d’acheter le ou les lots au prix le plus bas possible et ne dépassant, en aucun cas, le montant maximum indiqué par l’enchérisseur.
Ledit formulaire devra être adressé et reçu à l’étude au plus tard 24 heures avant le début de la vente.
Les ordres d’achat ou les enchères par téléphone sont une facilité pour les clients. ADER n’est pas responsable pour avoir manqué d’exécuter un ordre par erreur ou pour toute autre cause. Merci de vérifier après envoi que votre ordre d’achat a été dûment enregistré.
La maison de ventes se réserve le droit de ne pas enregistrer l’ordre d’achat s’il n’est pas complet ou si elle considère que le client n’apporte pas toutes les garanties pour la sécurité des transactions ; et ce, sans recours possible.

Transports des lots / Exportation :
Dès l’adjudication prononcée, les achats sont sous l’entière responsabilité de l’adjudicataire.
Aucun lot ne sera remis aux acquéreurs avant acquittement de l’intégralité des sommes dues.
Les achats de petit volume seront transportés chez ADER, 3 rue Favart 75002 Paris, où ils seront gardés en dépôt à titre gracieux pendant 14 jours.
L’étude est ouverte du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 18 h.
Les achats volumineux seront entreposés, à leurs conditions et frais, au magasinage de Drouot, 6 bis, rue Rossini 75009 Paris, qui sera chargé de la délivrance.
Les acheteurs concernés par une exportation pourront récupérer la TVA sur les honoraires d’achat à la condition qu’un justificatif de douane en bonne et due forme soit remis à ADER et que le nom de la maison de ventes y soit mentionné en tant qu’exportateur. Le bordereau d’adjudication est dû intégralement ; la TVA est remboursable par la suite sur présentation des références du compte bancaire.
L’envoi des lots achetés peut être organisé par ADER à la charge et sous la responsabilité de l’acheteur.
Ceci est un service rendu par ADER qui se réserve la possibilité d’y renoncer si les conditions légales ou pratiques présentent le moindre risque. Les délais ne sont pas garantis et sont tributaires de l’activité de la maison de ventes.

Défaut de paiement :
À défaut de paiement par l’adjudicataire de la totalité des sommes dues, dans le mois qui suit la vente, et après une seule mise en demeure restée infructueuse, ADER entamera une procédure de recouvrement. L’acheteur sera susceptible d’inscription au Fichier des restrictions d’accès aux ventes aux enchères (Fichier TEMIS – www.temis.auction) mis en oeuvre par la société Commissaires-Priseurs Multimédia (CPM – 37, rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris) et l’ensemble des dépends restera à sa charge. À compter d’un mois après la vente et à la demande du vendeur, la vente pourra être annulée sans recours possible.
