Twelve vermeil and cloisonné enamel coffee spoons in a case. Moscow, early 20th century. Traditional Russian design, the back of the spoon decorated with cloisonné enamel scrolls on an amati ground surrounded by turquoise enamel beads. The handle also features two cloisonné enamel sections. Shaped wooden box, crimson velvet and silk interior, the lid lined with white satin marked with Ignaty Ivanovitch Damaskine's Moscow store "Магазинъ ДАМАСКИНА" followed by his address. Hallmarks: 84, Moscow, 1899-1908 and goldsmith "НЗ" (Nicolaï Nikolaevitch Zverev). Length: 11.5 cm; total gross weight: 169 g; case size: 29.5 x 14.5 cm [Russian art]
