LOUIS SOSSON (ACTIVE BETWEEN 1900 and 1930) Nude with cymbals Sculpture. Proof in finely carved ivory; the cymbals and arm bracelets in gilded metal. The base evokes a marble pedestal. The Byzantine headdress is embellished with a pearl on each side. Antique Art Deco edition, circa 1925-1930. A crack in the back. Signed L.SOSSON, on the marble base.
