Giacomo MEYERBEER (1791-1864). L.A.S., [Berlin]; 1 page in-8 - Lot 131
Giacomo MEYERBEER (1791-1864). L.A.S., [Berlin]; 1 page in-8 in his cipher. He has been waiting for his correspondent for three hours, and learns that he has come to his house, unannounced; but he asks him to come and explain to you the state of the affair in question. I have not found the Count of Redern, who is (at least I think so) in Potsdam. He does not know when the Court concert will take place, at most at the end of the week ... Attached is a bill a.s. to M. Delisse, Paris January 2, 1854 (half-page in-8 with his cipher), inviting him to dinner at the restaurant Durand, place de la Madeleine.
