Black morocco, engraved copper plate inlaid in the first plate, spine ribbed, maroon lining bordered with a double gilt fillet, maroon silk endpapers, double endpapers, gilt edges on witnesses, cover and spine preserved (Blanchetière). Edition printed at 300 copies, illustrated with 36 compositions by François KUPKA, including 25 etchings, of which 3 hors texte, and 11 woodcuts of which one on the cover. One of the 100 copies in-8 on japon or on Arches paper, this one on japon, including 3 states of the etchings, among which the pure etching and the state with remarks, and 2 states of the woodcuts. A very fine copy in Blanchetière binding, enriched with one of the original copperplates of the book inlaid in the first plate. Small crack at the hinge of the second plate.
