Saddle and pair of stirrups, Korea or Mongolia, 19th century Made of various wooden components attached with leather ties, it is covered in shagreen in some sections and adorned with silver-inlaid iron mounts featuring Greek and swastika motifs. The stirrups are made of iron with a brown patina and silver damascened decoration of Buddhist symbols, shou characters, bats and ritual vases containing halberds.
