Philippe Chambost, Pascal Marziano and Arnaud Serpollet - 1947-2017, 70 ans d'expression céramique française - Éditions Les livres de l'îlot, Neuvic, 2020. Our work reproduced on page 226.

Trained as a sculptor at the École des Beaux-Arts in Reims, Robert Pérot turned to ceramics when he moved to Vallauris in 1953. He opened his own studio, Le Vieux Moulin, in 1954, and began a period rich in production and exhibitions. His sculptural spirit is evident in his ceramics, which feature a clever interplay of volumes and often geometric decorations. The chromatic aspect of his glazes, dominated by beige tones, is also typical of his work.
