A fine print on cream-colored laid paper, without the small oblique cuts that escaped into the lower margin (“false fore-edge,” according to Mr. Melot). Slight traces of oxidation and small foxing spots where an old mount was removed. Heavy traces of oxidized glue and small tears along the upper edge of the sheet. All margins intact.
