A pair of rectangular console tables, made of carved and painted wood with a gold-leaf finish, the band adorned with mascarons and foliage motifs, resting on four scroll-shaped legs topped with bas-relief mascarons, friezes of cascading foliage, and an X-shaped brace with a double twist centered around a draped tabletop. Carrara marble. Italian craftsmanship; one table dates from the 18th century, the second from the 19th century. H.: 84 - W.: 145 cm - D.: 65 cm (Restorations, minor chips, and missing pieces).
