PARIS 1737–1738 Oval-shaped snuffbox in 750°/°° yellow gold with a scalloped edge, Rocaille style, hinged lid, featuring chiseled along the rim depicting curved channels, flowering branches, and seashells on the lid and on the reverse, a Rocaille cartouche in the center framing a bouquet of seashells.
