Fragments on parchment, Gothic script, music notated square on staves drawn in red ink. Good condition. Ornate initial "O", initial size: 70x67mm; fragment size: 144x165mm. Purple initial with white highlights on burnished gold background, large flower in the body of the letter, border on screened background with floral decoration and small burnished gold disks. Ornate initial "I", initial size: 70x67mm; fragment size: 141x121mm. Purple initial with white highlights on a burnished gold background, with two large turquoise-green flowers, border on a riddled background with blue acanthus leaves outlined in white and small burnished gold discs. Ornate initial "C", initial size: 71x70mm; fragment size: 138x138mm. Burnished gold initial on pink background with white decoration, large flower in the body of the letter, border on screened background with purple and pale mauve acanthus leaves underlined in white and small burnished gold discs.
