He asks the Pope to grant an exemption from duties for a pension that Guerin de Palarin, abbot of Sorèze, has instituted for his nephew Jehan Estienne de Palarin "escolier clerc du dioceze de Tholoze"... Attached is a L.S. (secretary), September 20, 1627, to Cardinal de Savoie, "protecteur des afferes de France en cour de Rome", sending him the above letter for delivery to the Pope (1p. in-fol., adr., countersigned by Loménie, 2small holes).
