On the reverse, carved in relief, Guanyin in the form of aoyu Guanyin - 鰲魚觀音stands on a large carp, a lotus leaf in her hands. A symbol of saving compassion in motion, it crosses the ocean of suffering, protects in the face of danger, helps overcome trials and guides towards transformation and awakening, even in the midst of chaos.
