Hans ERNI (1909 - 2015) For the friends of Carrefour, 1973 Ink and ink wash. Signed, dated and dedicated on the right edge. Titled in the center. 49 x 64 cm We would like to thank Dr. Heinz Stahlhut for the information he provided. Our drawing is dedicated to Émilien Amaury, publisher of the weekly magazine Carrefour, whom the artist probably met on his many visits to France. Our ink depicts the figures of the zodiac (Libra is missing), a subject that occupied Hans Erni on several occasions.
