The members of the administration committee disagree with the distribution of several portions of the share (from Mlle Raucourt's death in January and Émilie Contat's retirement in April) planned by the Duc de Duras, and propose a new distribution to the Grand Chamberlain. The committee slightly modifies the planned distribution, granting 1/8 to Thénard and De Vigny, not originally included, making a total of "thirteen eighths instead of twelve". Signed by Alexandre Damas, Abraham-Joseph Bénard dit Fleury, Louis-Claude Lacave, Mlle Mars, Antoine Michot, Saint-Prix, François-Joseph Talma, and Mme Thénard mère. Enclosed is a receipt from the Comédie Française for the rental by the Marquis de Nesle of a quarter box "au 1er rang côté de la Reine" (1p. in-4 partly printed on Comédie Française letterhead).
