XII and 636 pp. 58 pp. 25 pp. 1 f. bandeaux, lettrines and culs-de-lampe. Printed on two columns. Upper headband missing, jaw slightly split at lower headband, rubbing at hinges, corners worn. Very rare foxing and small wormholes with little damage to the text, browning in the margins of the first few leaves. Posthumous edition edited by Louis Hideux, avocat au Parlement, and enlarged with "nouvelles décisision & de notes critiques". It includes the Traité de la communauté, the rulings he mentions in the body of the work, and an extensive table of contents. A fine contemporary copy, with a rare freshness inside.
