[CONVENTION NATIONALE]. Set of approximately 500 decrees of the Assembly and the National Convention issued between 1791 and 1793.
In-4 format in sheets, a few vignettes.
Slight foxing and wetness in the margins, a few folds and holes, otherwise good condition overall. Some decrees are in duplicate or triplicate.

Exceptional set of around 500 decrees issued by the Assembly and then the National Convention between 1791 and 1793.
The set deals with major issues relating to society, agriculture, immigrants, the sale of castles, civil servants, the revolutionary court, the memory of Bara, and the payment of public contributions....
In particular, it contains the decree of July 17, 1793, which marks the total abolition of feudal privileges in France, with no compensation for lords; it abolishes all feudal, seigniorial, censal, fixed or casual royalties and rights, including those retained by the decree of August 23, 1792, and orders their public burning.

Very rich documentation on the revolutionary period, in good condition.
