Some foxing to first ten leaves. Fine edition of this collection illustrated with etchings by Tony Johannot, printed by Chardon. This work was published posthumously, as Nodier died in 1844. The nine tales include "La Légende de la Sœur Béatrix", "Le Songe d'Or" and "La Fée aux Miettes". A fine copy, virtually free of foxing.
