Ottoman Qita calligraphy, signed Mustafa and dated 1944 4 lines of text in black ink on paper in cursive Arabic, the first in large thuluth characters, the next three in smaller naskhi characters. The last line gives the name of the Mustafa copyist known as Halîm, under whose name the date 1364 H / 1944 is inscribed. Text punctuated with illuminated rosettes and floral stems and the last three lines framed by illuminated cartouches. Mounted as an album page on card stock painted with ebru marbled decoration.
