The four black-lacquered tubular metal legs, each topped with a rope, are joined by a flat metal and tubular metal spacer, also black-lacquered. The top, with its slightly rounded corners, is made of thick oak slats, assembled in the manner of parquet flooring. Circa 1950-1960. The metal belt around the top is missing.
