Vidimus of an act dated November 1303, bearing this period inscription on the back: "Double qui vault original du privilège aux bourgeois de Paris pour les Religieuses de Saint Anthoine des Champs". The abbey, founded in the early 13th century, of which only a few remains, is now part of the Hôpital Saint-Antoine.
