Prussian spiked helmet, model 1915. Patent leather shell. Point, eagle plate and grey-painted iron rim. Leather chinstrap and later roundels. Nape with "PB19" marking and "Julius Jansen Strassburg 1916" maker's mark and nameplate. Inner leather cap (one tooth torn). A.B.E.
