New edition of this album of 100 plates reproducing the finest achievements of 17th-century painter and engraver Jean Lepautre (1618-1682), created by architect Alfred Pierre Hubert Decloux (1824-1883) and painter and lithographer Doury (18..-...). This edition appeared in 1862; it was announced in the "Bibliographie de la France" of January 2 of that year. It was first published in issue in 1854. A very fine copy in modern pastiche binding, fully mounted on tabs. Some brown spots, mainly on the text leaves.
