Paris: Veuve d'Houry printing house, 1728. - In-8, brown calf, triple gilt fillet, gilt fleur-de-lys in the corners and gilt arms in the center of the boards, ornate ribbed spine, gilt edges (period binding). Copy in period binding, WITH THE ARMS OF NICOLAS LAMBERT DE THORIGNY (16.1729), president of the Chambre des requêtes in 1697, and provost of the merchants of Paris in 1725. His coat of arms adorns the first cover, while that of Paris appears on the second. A good copy, with one corner of the second cover slightly damaged. Ink stain on title. Provenance: Nicolas Lambert de Thorigny, with his gilded coat of arms. - Henri Chasles, with bookplate.
