A very good and interesting set of 32 Ballons Montés, most of which have special features. Among these are the "Victor Hugo" for London and "Les Etats Unis" for Brussels and Austria (text mentioning that this ticket is leaving tonight on a Nadar Balloon...) and an envelope stamped in Tours and forwarded. We also have 2 Gardes Mobiles letters "Le Non dénommé n°1", tax 2 and red claw, insufficient postage P.J., the "Washington" (entrusted envelope for Switzerland) but above all an unfranked printed form with a date stamp bearing the number 30 (amount of tax to be paid) and confirmed on the left by a double-line tax "30" (rare on Ballon Monté). We see 3 "Jean Bart n°1" for Switzerland and Formule Orlandi with pre-printed and forwarded stamp location, and an entrusted envelope stamped GC de Troyes. There's also a "Garibaldi" entrusted envelope forwarded to Brussels (rare), as well as superfluous postage for England (40c rate carried by the "Vauban"). We should mention several "General Uhrich" franked with a 20c blue laurel on Journal Ballon Poste no. 4 (signed and certified by Calves), a double forwarding to Geneva and then Brussels, the German edition of Agence Havas for Saarland (Saarbrücken signed by Robineau) no. 38 "40c Cérès Siège de Paris" and for Augsburg (Germany). Also with General Uhrich, we have a form for England (n°30, 30c laurel) and a red cachet on n°37, "20c siège de Paris) signed Roumet). We'd also like to mention another German Havas agency, the "Ville de Chateaudun", an Orlandi form by the city of Orléans (with the Armed Forces blue cachet) and, above all, an exceptional letter by "La Pointe à Pitre" Guadeloupe, franked for the balloon "le Franklin" with 1 no. 36 and 2 no. 37 "10 and 20c Siège de Paris", signed Calves.
