Two belts, Ottoman Balkans, 19th century Garnet leather with partially gilded chevron-shaped metal fittings, incorporating filigree cabochon fittings on the first, colored red or blue on a filigree dome on the second. One buckle is composed of a circular plate with an openwork design around a green glass cabochon, flanked by two curved plates with molded foliate decorations. The second buckle is composed of two metal plates with red or blue cabochons on a filigree dome. Diameter of the first: 31 cm; length of the second: 83 cm. Wear, faded gilding.
