Large kindjal dagger, Ottoman Turkey, possibly Saphrampolis, 19th century Dagger with straight double-edged steel blade and central gutter, the curved wooden handle punctuated with two metal cabochons, partially gilded and enhanced with striated coral forming rosettes. Length: 66.5 cm Scabbard missing, blade worn, slightly rusted and damaged, handle cracked, as are some coral cabochons.
