Embroidered velvet ntaâ caftan, Morocco, Fez, second half 20th century Long caftan with scalloped sleeves and base, opening to the front and composed of a canvas frame covered with black velvet embroidered with gold thread, drawing floral friezes at the end of the sleeves, along the long central buttonhole with tassel buttons and underlining the base. The rest of the coat is punctuated with a series of leaves, with two peacocks nestling in the lower part on either side of the buttonhole. Black cotton lining.
