Light cavalry saber, An XI model. Leather-covered handle with watermark (later) and brass olive. Brass mounting (traces of hallmarks). Three-prong hilt with shuttle-shaped pommels. Flat-backed curved blade (unmarked) with Krantz, Lobstein and Bick Klingenthal hallmarks (circa 1812-1813). Two-bracelet iron scabbard (heavily pitted at bottom). Length: 106 cm First Empire period.
