Engraved portrait of Chancellor de Lamoignon, folded, on the frontispiece of volume I, which also contains several engravings and maps. Volumes I to III contain the Antiquities, and volume IV the War of the Jews against the Romans, then, with separate pagination, the Counter Apion and the Book of the Maccabees. This edition is renowned for the quality of its translation. The translator was librarian at the Abbaye Sainte-Geneviève. A good copy, with a few scattered brown spots.
