Model 1822 T Bis percussion pistol, new construction. Round, rifled, thunder-head barrel, dated 1856. Breechblock with rear sight, stamped "Mle 1822 T Bis". Lock signed "Mre Impale de Tulle" and round-bodied hammer. Hallmarked brass fittings. Walnut stock with St Etienne stamp and November 1856 label on barrel number. Iron ramrod. Length : 35 cm B.E.
