Marine infantry officer's saber. Horn handle (watermark missing). Chased brass mounting, openwork hilt decorated with a naval anchor on a background of flags. Curved blade with flat back engraved "Coulaux & Co Klingenthal", gutter and hollow sides. Iron plate scabbard (heavily oxidized) with two bracelets and two rings. Length: 99 cm A.B.E.
