A very fine edition at 480 copies, illustrated with a black vignette on the title, repeated on the cover, and 5 large color lithographs on chine monté by Marie LAURENCIN (1883-1956), included in the pagination. One of 450 copies on wove paper, with the cover of the 1928 Christmas issue of Crapouillot, illustrated with a composition by Marie Laurencin. Slight wear to spine of dust jacket. Light foxing and a few restored tears to the cover. Perfect condition inside, the cover flaps having, as always, browned the facing leaf. Provenance: N. Harwich, with bookplate.
