PARIS 1789 Smooth silver flat-bottomed teapot, oval in shape, engraved with the arms of Charles Edouard Stuart dit Bonnie Prince Charles (1720-1788) and Louise de Stolberg (1752-1824), molded with small pearls at the top and bottom. The hinged lid is crowned with a pair of doves pecking at each other, and the spout is finished with a duck's head in the style of Bordeaux pourers.
