Enclosed is a telegram (Italcable) from Georges Simenon to Jean Renoir on the New York success of Le Fleuve (1951); plus a copy of a text by Simenon praising Leslie Caron in Renoir's play, Orvet; a copy of a poem by Renoir for Leslie Caron.
