A prince seated against cushions quenches his thirst as he is presented with a bowl of fruit. Around him, several turbaned guests chat, helping themselves to drinks, admiring a dancer demonstrating before them or listening to the music produced by târ players. The garden, planted with two cypress trees mixed with the branches of a flowering tree, is illuminated by a golden sky. Mounted as an album page with several colored lines and a margin with gold-painted decoration of trees and varied fauna. Framed. Painting size: 16.1 x 9 cm; overall size: 28 x 18.4 cm Mounted on cardboard, small folds, one corner of the margin trimmed, wetness in the upper part of the margin, very slight loss of polychromy.
