An ancient votive statuette mu'po stylized representation of a pregnant woman and characteristic of the corpus, combining round volumes with an angular rhythm, arms folded over the belly, hands resting on the chest. A cavity on the back was used to hold medicines, which have now disappeared. Bamileke, Cameroon Wood, feathers, visible wear and chips, very fine old patina.
