Luciano Pavarotti 888:
2015 limited series from the Mécènes collection paying tribute to Italian Luciano Pavarotti, the greatest tenor of all time.
Number 71 of 888.
During most of his performances, Pavarotti appeared in a black tuxedo over a white shirt and bow tie, which inspired this black and white lacquered edition. The 888 Limited Edition is inspired by Pavarotti's world-famous opera "Turandot".
The oriental influence of his music is reflected by a white and black lacquered dragon with red garnet eyes adorning the cap. Fine engravings reminiscent of rich opera ornaments and a faceted garnet adorn the 18-carat gold cone.
The 888 Limited Edition section is embellished with five engraved rings symbolizing the five balconies of the "Teatro Comunale Luciano Pavarotti" opera house. Another engraving, this time of a twisted nail, Pavarotti's unusual lucky charm, decorates the 18-carat gold nib. Both also feature a gold clip reminiscent of Pavarotti's extravagant scarves. Piston filling system.
In its wooden box with papers, over-box and white protection.
