Beautiful Bettelkelsh quilt cover inspired by Japonisme, Thierry Miegg in Mulhouse (?) late 19th century. Hand-spun and hand-woven linen dyed with very dark indigo, checkerboard pattern of square crosses and dotted ogive frieze, raw linen lining, silk knotting ribbons, embroidered "WSY" in cross-stitch in dark red, 76 x 130 cm (very good condition, probably never used) P.94 in Les Etoffes en Alsace
