Woman's head on high-relief stele background She wears a turban covering her wavy, weathered hair. A veil covers the top of her head. She is adorned with globular pearl earrings. Her eyebrows are clean and fine. The eyes are set off by hemmed eyelids. The pupils are incised. Limestone. Wooden base stamped Kichizo Inagaki (1876-1951). Palmyra, 3rd - 4th century.
