Very fine edition illustrated with 20 full-page color compositions by Édouard CHIMOT (1880-1959), engraved by Louis Maccard. One of 30 copies on japon impérial, second paper after 20 on japon super nacré, enriched with a black suite of the illustrations and an original drawing signed by the artist. Contrary to what is indicated in the justification, these 30 copies are generally not accompanied by an inked copper plate, which are reserved for the 20 first copies. This copy is, however, enriched with an erotic plate in two states, in black and in color. Case damaged, one edge missing.
