Very rare album of 18 original etchings and drypoints on 13 sheets, by Russian-born Jewish painter and engraver Jacob BALGLEY (1891-1934). The subjects are related to Judaism and the Holy Land. Edition strictly limited to 60 copies, each engraving numbered and signed by the artist. This is one of 50 on Hollande vellum, very well preserved despite slight transfers of some serpents.
