First, posthumous, extremely rare edition of only 30 copies, not sold commercially, published in Brussels by and for the pleasure of the Dutch writer Eddy du Perron, dedicatee of "La Condition humaine", with the help of Pascal Pia. It is illustrated with a portrait of the author by PICASSO, which had already been reproduced in "Gestes et opinions du Docteur Faustroll" in 1923. Stain on lower corner of front cover, spine detached. Provenance: Louis Fery, with handwritten bookplate on the first blank page, dated 1942.
