Panoramic composed of 17 strips, (complete) made with 1053 plates, 173 colors, circa 1900 - Polychrome print. Dimensions of one strip: 185x54cm - Total height of one strip: 276cm - Length: 9.18 m approx. Condition: never installed, mint condition, minor accidents and some weakened edges. Note: This panoramic is part of the Grands Décors and was only printed in 1900 and 1901, according to Fauconnier. Decor presented at the 1900 Paris World's Fair. A similar example preserved at MAD Inv. 987.521.1-17. Jérémie Cerman wrote about it: "As both its commercial engravings and the known views of its presentation at the Exposition show, this set could be laid in several different combinations. These variations were made possible by two strips with no human presence, connecting to each other but also to different parts of the whole".
