Maurice DENIS (1870-1943). L.A.S., [1912]; 2pages oblong in-12. About his decoration of the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées. He asks his correspondent "to come and see my cupola that I'm showing next Sunday at 11 a.m. (Théâtre Astruc, 15 avenue Montaigne). I have just finished it [...] tired by this long work, I intend to go and rest in the South of France [...] You have to forgive a man who has just covered 372 square meters of paint in 6 months!" He would later resume his Wednesdays at Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
