Rectangular snuffbox in nielloed vermeil. Moscow, 1845. Entirely decorated with niello motifs on an amati background: the lid and base with a circular reserve flanked by plant motifs, with the Alexander column in front of the General Staff Palace and a view of the Neva River in front of the Stock Exchange. The snuffbox is girdled with palm leaves.
