Pair of Moulard Dufour system percussion pistols. Smooth damascus barrels, slightly blunderbussed and gold-decorated at the muzzles, punched at the thunderbolts. Engraved breech shafts. Bronze cases decorated with foliage and engraved "Moulard Dufour à Saint Etienne". Flat-bodied hammers. Steel oval grips and pommels engraved with flowers and foliage. Guilloche screws. Finely checkered walnut stocks with small gold thumb pieces. Light horn and brass rods with tips. Length: 30.5 cm B.E. Circa 1820.
