Long hunting knife. Stag antler handle. Chased brass mounting. Single-branch guard. Chased shell of a dog attacking a deer in the woods. Slightly arched blade with flat back, counter-edge and hollow sides, engraved in thirds (oxidation, stains, pitting). Brown leather scabbard with two chased brass fittings. E.M.
