Sculpture in 925 ‰ silver featuring an elephant au naturel carrying a scepter in its mouth, caparisoned and chamarré with colored gemstones set on vermeil chains (including forty-one brilliants, nine cabochon emeralds, thirty-one fine pearls, forty-one sapphires and forty-two cabochon rubies). It bears on its back a maharajah seated cross-legged, head surmounted by a turban topped by a ruby aigrette, scepter in left hand, seated on his palanquin topped by an agate acting as canopy.
