Proof in white earthenware; the slip decoration engraved with a mirette under partial brush glaze; gray patina; brown, black, white. Restoration to the tail. Stamped Édition PICASSO and MADOURA Plein Feu on the reverse and marked Édition PICASSO MADOURA and numbered 207/250 in engraving on part of the black slip also on the reverse.
